Refunds
A refund or store credit will be offered to orders that have arrived damaged or not lasted the satisfactory length of time.
Refunds will not be offered for orders that are due to an unliked flower selection. I try my absolute best to replicate images of products - please keep in mind each flower season means different flower options. The over all colour and feel will still be the same.
All refunds must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery of the flowers. After this 24hour period, we cannot offer refunds or returns.
If you feel you are eligible for a refund, please supply potographs of the items as they arrived.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
