Delivery Information

  • Our floral couriers operate throughout Auckland - all the way from Te Kauwhata to Kumeu. Once your order leaves the studio, we cannot control the exact delivery time. Please note that floral couriers do not offer live tracking, but they will do their best to deliver in a timely manner - any questions, or concerns please reach out.

     

    Delivery Rates:

    • Calculated at checkout
    • Generally range from $10 to $23

     

  • Order Cut-Off Times:

    • Franklin: 2 PM (Monday - Friday), Saturday order by 9am
    • Inner Auckland Wide: 1:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Saturday order 9am
    • Orders placed before 9:30 AM will go on the morning courier. Any orders placed after 9:30 AM will leave on the 1 PM courier for late afternoon deliveries.

     

  • Delivery Areas:

    • Franklin: Tuakau, Pukekohe, Pukekawa, Onewhero, Pokeno, Waiuku, Pollock, Bombay, Buckland, Karaka, Drury
    • Auckland Wide: Central suburbs up to Kumeu
    • Unsure about your delivery area? Please call us! We can deliver to most areas at a specific rate - we can work magic to make your gift arrive ASAP

     

  • Residential Deliveries:

    • Couriers will knock and ring doorbells first
    • If no answer, they will leave the delivery in a safe, sheltered place
    • If the location is not accessible, the courier will phone the recipient
    • Deliveries can occur until 6PM

     

  • Business Deliveries:

    • Business deliveries are available until 5 PM - need the delivery before 5PM? please reach out with additional details and I'll try my best to make it happen
    • To ensure orders reach businesses within hours, they must be placed by 9:30 AM. After this time, drivers may risk not reaching the business within working hours.
    • For early leaving times, please provide notice prior to flowers leaving the studio.

Collecting your order?

  • Orders can be collected from my studio in Tuakau - 6 Kimshee Way - when placing your order, you will be able to select your desired pick up day and time

  • As a one-woman operation, the studio isn’t always open for walk-ins. Kindly call or email ahead to schedule a pickup time. Your understanding and support are truly appreciated!

    Parking is available in the driveway or down our safe, private lane.
